Celebration of Nations – With teacher permission could all EAL students participating in Celebration of Nations please meet in the cafeteria immediately following announcements for a quick run through.
Beep Test – For anyone who missed the Beep Test, the make up day will be this Friday starting at 12:10pm in the gymnasium.
Flag Football – Congratulations to the Gr 7 Boy's Flag team after battling back from a slow start in the Semifinals the boys came up short. Ben Russell was great on defense and offense.
In the Bronze medal game the Tigers were led by Hunter Campbell's 2 touch downs and Quarter back Myles Hatfield-MacDonald was throwing bullets and ran in for his own touchdown to earn Player of the Game and the boys took home Bronze Medals.
The Grade 8 boys finished in 4th place. A great job by both teams.

Softball – The girls softball team defeated Montague yesterday 10-0. Winning pitcher was Jordyn Shea. Top batters were Chelsie Bell, Nina Younker and Millie Coffin. The girls now advance to the provincials tomorrow in Summerside at Slemon Park Fields. Game times are at 11 and 1.
Yearbooks have arrived and have been delivered. Homeroom teachers have the list of students who ordered a yearbook. Once students receive their yearbook, they have to initial beside their name. Homeroom teachers will decide whether to hand out the yearbooks in the morning or during the morning break.
Grade 9 Class Valedictorian – Thank you to all the students who applied to be this year’s Grade 9 Class Representative & Valedictorian. There were many strong candidates and it was a difficult decision. While we would love to choose all of you, in the end there can be only one student who will be the representative of the graduating class of 2026. We are pleased to announce this year’s Grade 9 Valedictorian will be Lucy Jewell. Congratulations Lucy!
Spirit Week - today is Adam Sandler day! Anybody dressed up should go to the lobby at morning break for a photo and prize! Tomorrow is Country vs Country Club, so choose your side, and we hope to see lots of blue collar and preppy outfits around to see which side wins!
Disc Golf - the AAA disc golf team has their final session tonight with their big trip to Hilcrest in Bonshaw after school today. The bus will leave at 3:30 and play the course, barbecue, and then get back to Stonepark at 7 tonight. All disc golfers should meet in the lobby after school.
