EAL Segment – Today we will talk about one of the Vietnamese traditional foods.
● The most popular food in Vietnam is Pho, a hot-serve rice noodle soup with beef, bone broth and hoisin sauce to dip the beef in. The broth is typically crafted from beef or chicken bones, simmered for hours with a symphony of aromatic spices, including cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, and cloves. This slow-cooking process extracts the essence of the ingredients, creating a rich, flavorful base that distinguishes Pho from other noodle soups.
● Banh Mi is a meal that Vietnamese people usually eat in the morning. It’s a smaller and softer version of Baguette with meat, veggies, mayonnaise and pate.
