In order to participate, students must have their bikes and helmets with them for the workshop. If a student doesn’t own a bike or helmet, please talk to Ms. Telleria or Mr. Beck about acquiring them. There will be a sign up sheet by the office at break time.

Bake Sale – We are seeking donations of baked goods from students, staff and the Stonepark community (nut free) to support our Easter Seals campaign. Any donations can be dropped off in the Foods Lab in the morning before class and all items will be sold for $1 or $2 at break and lunch tomorrow and Friday so bring some change to support this fundraiser and get some treats! You can also check out the videos from Student Council's baking competition last night on instagram and see a few of the items you could buy tomorrow!

No Jazz Band today after school

Grade 9 Band students, you are reminded to take home your instrument and music at the end of the school day to take it to the UPEI Performing Arts Centre tomorrow morning for PEI Band Days.

Good luck to the Grade 8 and Grade 9 bands as they prepare to perform at PEI Band Days tomorrow!

Stonepark dominated bantam boys singles finishing 1-2-3.  Sam Mandhan went undefeated finishing in first place.  Karl Ngo finished second and Landon McGee-Gallant finished third.  In Intermediate boys Jake McEntee faced an uphill battle down 1-0 to a QC player and then rattled off 2 wins in a row over the first seed from Birchwood to come first in singles.  Grant Neitz and Brielle Dingwell finished 4th in Intermediate Singles.  The doubles teams play tonight.  Intermediates at Birchwood and Bantam’s at Stonepark, both starting at 4.

Coffeehouse – The numbers are in, and we are absolutely blown away! Before we get to the grand total, we have a very special announcement regarding our Art Auction.

We had so many beautiful pieces on display, but one item stole the show and sparked a bidding war. We are thrilled to announce that Rebecca Fraser is the winner of this year’s top bid for her incredible crochet duck! For her creativity and hard work, Rebecca is the recipient of a $50 cash prize. Congratulations, Rebecca!

The final count proves just how much work 8A put into making this an amazing coffeehouse. To give you some perspective on how much we’ve grown over the last couple years:

• 2024 Coffeehouse: ~ $1,800
• 2025 Coffeehouse: ~ just over $2,000
• This Year's Coffeehouse: Over $3,800 in net profit!

We officially knocked it out of the park! This total will go a long way in supporting our school community.

To the students of 8A: you should be incredibly proud of yourselves. From the intense planning to the professional way you managed the event, your effort was the key to this massive success. Enjoy your well-deserved reward!
