Week One - Wednesday, April 10

Library – Ms. Poirier is collecting solar glasses to send to Astronomers Without Borders.  They will make sure the glasses will be sent to areas needing them for the next eclipse.  If you still have your solar glasses from school, you can bring them to the library and put them in the donation bin. 

Green Team - There will be a Green Team meeting today at break time in the library

Jazz Band rehearsal after school has been cancelled. 

A reminder to Grade 9 band students – Thursday’s early morning band rehearsal has been cancelled.

Grade 8 band students – remember to bring your instruments and music home today for your performance at PEI Band Days tomorrow morning. Please meet Mrs. Sorensen in the lobby of the UPEI Performing Arts Centre between 8:15-8:30 tomorrow morning.

Coding Club – A reminder to all coding club members that we will be meeting at lunch on both Wednesdays and Fridays for the month of April.  We will meet, as usual, in Mrs. Reynard’s room.

Table Tennis - The Wednesday league is playing today at 12. Sullivan Leeco please go see Mr. Roche at morning break.

EAL Segment – In Honduras, coral reefs can be seen in the destinations Roatán, Utila, Cayos Cochinos, Tela and Trujillo. In these places, tourists can get up close and personal with all the marine life that these reefs guard and protect. The coral reefs of the Caribbean coast of Honduras are part of the larger Mesoamerican Reef system, the second largest barrier reef system in the world.
