Chess Club – There will be a first meeting for anyone interested in joining Chess Club on Thursday of this week at 12:15 in the SSC. Please eat your lunch first and then meet at 12:15.
Kevin Campbell Tournament – Congratulations to the AA Boys Volleyball team as they took home the title in the Kevin Campbell Memorial Volleyball Tournament this past weekend. In the AA division, our Stonepark boys defeated East Wiltshire in the final game 2-1 to win the tournament! Sam Mandham was named the team's "Hardest Worker" and Colton McCaughey was awarded tournament MVP.
The A boys were split into two teams and played great all weekend, showing lots of development. Matthew Stavert and Sam Stewart were given the awards for "Hardest Worker" on each team as they finished 3rd and 4th in the A division.
Thanks to the coaches and many student volunteers for the time they put in over the weekend.
Cross Country – There will be a very important Cross Country team meeting in Mr. Beaton’s room during morning break for all runners competing in tomorrow’s Zones meet.
Soccer – Girl’s A soccer will practice today from 4:15 – 5: 30.
The Girls AA Soccer team will practice today from 3:15-4:30 on MacLeod field. All girls, please note that our game start time for tomorrow, Tuesday, has been changed and will now start at 5 pm with warm-up beginning at 4:30 pm.
The A Boys will practice after school, weather permitting. They have a game tomorrow at Birchwood at 4:00. Be there at 3:30.
