Week Two - Wednesday, December 18

Lost and Found – The lost and found is now out on display. Please have a look and take what’s yours.

Green Team – The Green Team is asking everyone to Hold Onto Their Used Batteries this holiday season and save them for our annual Battery Blitz Competition in the new year!

The competition lasts 2 weeks and begins the first day we are back from Winter Break (Monday, January 6th). The homeroom class that brings in the most amount of batteries, wins a prize!!

Members of the Green Team will sort the batteries and send them off to a collection site to be properly disposed of. Good luck!!

Coding Club – will meet today at lunch in Mrs. Reynard’s room.

Knits and Stitches Club – cancelled for tomorrow but will be back with a bang in the new year!

Girls A Basketball – Our Tigers competed hard but were defeated 45-26 by Immanuel Christian. We will practice today from 3:00 to 4:30. Go Tigers!

Yearbook – The Wednesday crew of the yearbook will meet today, after school, in the library. The session ends at 4h30.

Anything but a Backpack Day – anybody with alternative backpacks who did not get their picture taken by Mr. Roche or Ms. MacDonald this morning already, are asked to please bring their unique school supply receptacle to the lobby at morning break. The best alternative backpack creations will be entered into a voting contest on the Instagram story, and the winner will be rewarded with some candy! The same contest will happen again tomorrow for the Ugliest (or prettiest) Christmas Sweater!

Student Social – tomorrow night is the Festive vs. Formal student social! Tickets will be $5 at the door, and the event goes from 6:30-8:30 PM, where you can dance, sing, buy snacks, play in the gym, try your luck on the Spin to Win wheel, or test out the new 360 degree photobooth!
