Tutoring – There is tutoring today after school.
Earl’s Earwig Hockey Pool – After the first round, we have 3 students tied for second – Griffin Gunn in 8B, Cooper Jones in 8C, and Landon McGee-Gallant in 8C. We also have a 3 way tie for first with 35 points – Bryson MacDonald in 8B, Reid Casford 7L, Nash Campbell 7L
Oak Acres – Anyone who got a form for Oak Acres from Earl, please see him at break this morning in his office. There is a lady coming today from the camp to chat with everyone.
Drama Club – The drama club will be having their final practice today at 3:00 until 4:30 in the cafeteria. Please make every effort to attend!
Knits and Stitches club will run today from 3 to 4:30pm. New crafters are welcome to join!
Softball – There will be a girls softball tryout today from 3:15-4:30 at Mulberry Field.
Flag Football – The AA girls flag football team battled hard last night in their season opener, coming up just short. Great effort by the team, looking forward to the next game!
There will be a quick meeting for all Girls “A” football players in the lobby at morning break. Tier 2 team play a double header in Cornwall beginning at 3:40. Would all grade 7 and 8 teachers kindly excuse members of this team at 2:30? The Tier 1 Tigers play two games tonight at Francois Buote beginning at 6:30. Go Tigers!
Disc Golf Club - practice tomorrow from 3-4:15.
Track and Field – The track team is training today, tomorrow and Thursday, right after school in the bowl until 4h15.
Table Tennis Tournament - finals are tomorrow with Gabe vs Owen in the tier 2 final, Sam vs Kamsy in the tier 1 3rd place match, and Mason vs Aubrey in the tier 1 championship final. The games room and gym will be closed at lunch, and all students are encouraged to fill the gym bleachers tomorrow to watch!
Student Council - there is a meeting in the Foods Lab today at lunchtime with pizza provided.
Star Wars Trivia - congrats to Charlie, Emerson and Simon on winning Star Wars trivia yesterday with a score of 19/21, and thanks to all who joined!
School Reach is cancelled today because it’s going to be so nice outside. Go out and enjoy the day!
Students going to the Nationals will be doing a “Guess the number of Candy in the Jar” in the lobby all this week during morning break and lunch. The cost is $1 for one guess!
