Earl’s Earwig Hockey Pool – Tied for first in the player pool are Lyndsey Flynn and Ethan Affleck with 87 points. In second, we have a 3-way tie between Mr. MacSwain, Ty Bradley and Seth Vessey with 86 points.
In the team pool with Bryson MacDonald and Reid Casford tied for first with 50 points. Four-way tie for second with 45 points with Mr. MacDonald, Cooper Jones, Griffin Gunn and Nash Campbell.
Attention Grade 9 students – We are looking for this year’s Grade 9 student representative!
Stonepark has a tradition of providing an opportunity for one student to present a speech on behalf of the graduating class during the closing ceremony in June. Any grade nine student may try out. One speech is selected by the judges to be recorded and shared at the year-end closing. Green Team – This is a reminder to any Green Team members to please return your form for your field trip next Friday. Ms. Telleria will be in the FitPit during morning break to collect any forms or to hand out new ones.

Leadership Conference - all grade 8 students who are invited to attend next Tuesday's leadership conference are expected to meet in Mr. Roche's room downstairs in grade 9 at morning break today. Please go there right after 1st period ends for a short meeting.

Softball – The girls softball team defeated Queen Charlotte yesterday 7-3. Jordyn Shea was the winning pitcher. Top batters were Jordyn Shea, Chelsea Bell and Addison Quinn.
Flag Football – Our Girls A Tier 2 Tigers led Morell 20-0 at the half and cruised to a 41-0 victory. Our offence moved the ball effectively on the ground and through the air and successfully converted 5 of the 6 touchdowns. Our defense played outstanding recording a couple of interceptions including a “pick six.” Both “A” Teams will practice today from 3:00 to 4:30 on MacLeod Field.
Our AA girls flag football team played two hard-fought games last night. Although the girls came up short against Montague and Q.C, they showed great effort, teamwork, and determination through both games.

Disc Golf Club - the team will go to Mulberry tomorrow. If you want a team T-shirt, make sure you tell Mr. Roche the size this morning before he puts the order in.
